Ferchem Misr (EGX: FERC) is a publicly listed company operating in Egypt’s fertilizer sector under the Basic Resources category. In 2025, three long-standing fertilizer producers: Abu Zaabel Fertilizers & Chemicals, Aswan Fertilizers, and Ferchem Misr merged under the latter’s brand name.The merger forms an integrated industrial platform with a diversified production base and extended operating history.

The company has been listed on the Nile Stock Exchange (Nilex) since 19th of September, 2010. However, upon completion of the 2025 merger, Ferchem moved to the Egyptian Stock Exchange (EGX). 

Ferchem Misr operates three production sites encompassing 15 manufacturing units, supporting stable output levels and operational continuity.

The company supplies the local market and exports its products to 53 international markets across Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and South America.
