1947: The establishment of Abu Zaabel Fertilizers & Chemical Company (AZFC), one of the first fertilizer producers in Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.
1994: Polyserve for Fertilizers and Chemicals is launched.
2001: Ferchem for Fertilizers and Chemicals is established, introducing new dynamics and capabilities to the market.
2004: Polyserve acquires AZFC, uniting historical production power with strategic expansion potential.
2008: Launch of Aswan Fertilizers, expanding the group’s production footprint and portfolio.
2010: The company is first listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX:FERC).
